Current Bulk Beef Available (Butcher dates listed below). We pick the meat up from the butcher 2-3 weeks after the butcher date. We will then arrange delivery/ pickup with you. In order to hold your date a deposit must be paid.

Investment
Unlike many farms who price their cattle on hanging weight, we price ours on final weight of meat, and let you know exactly how many pounds of meat you will receive. We do this to take the confusion out of the process for the customer.
HALF BEEF- 160 lbs. of meat (see description below). Total Cost $1,600. Deposit $400, Balance of $1,200 due by butcher date.
QUARTER BEEF- 80 lbs. of meat (see description below). Total Cost $800. Deposit $200, Balance of $600 due by butcher date.
What to Expect
When ordering a half beef (also known as a side of beef), we will schedule a 15 minute phone call with you. During this call we will go through the beef cuts, and you will be able to make your preferred selections.
A half cow share is 160 lbs and takes roughly 8 cuft of freezer space
